Andreas Labridis and chef Nikos Roussos, born and raised in Greece, have been immersed in the world of food from a young age. Their culinary journey has taken them across Greece, from its sun-drenched coasts to its scenic mountains, where they have explored local ingredients and traditional recipes.
Inspired by Greece's rich culinary heritage, their passion for quality ingredients and a penchant for innovation their mission has been to introduce modern Greek food in London.
From earning two Michelin stars at their Athens’ Avant Garde restaurant, Funky Gourmet, to spearheading the Greek food movement in London with the opening of OPSO in 2014 in Marylebone, the charcoal-fired INO and the street food inspired Pittabun, Nikos and Andreas have spent the last decade elevating modern Greek food.
In 2024, OPSO expanded with a franchise in Doha, marking a new chapter in their journey to share the essence of modern Greek dining around the world.
