Our Chefs, Georgianna Hiliadaki & Nikos Roussos met each other back in 2002, in the culinary school in Manhattan, New York.

After their training period in restaurants around the world, in 2006 the Chefs went back to Greece and introduced the idea of private cheffing by establishing Funky Gourmet Private Cheffing.

Today, along with Andreas Labridis they are the co-founders of the Hospitality Group: Modern Greek Food Group (MGFG).

The flagship of our group is Funky Gourmet restaurant in Athens, co-founded in 2009 together with Argyro Chiliadaki. The restaurant was the realization of their vision on avant-garde Greek cooking.

In 2014, they opened OPSO restaurant in London. OPSO introduced to London’s dining scene a new approach on modern Greek food. In 2019 OPSO opened its first franchise restaurant in Dubai.

In 2018, they co-founded PITTABUN in Carnaby, London, a Modern Greek street food restaurant.
